A former staff on Donald Trump's presidential campaign team has accused him of sexual assault. Alva Johnson said Trump kissed her without her consent outside a rally in Florida in August 2016. She told Washington Post: I immediately felt violated because I wasn’t expecting it or wanting it. I can still see his lips coming straight for my face. Johnson told the Post she turned her head to avoid the unwanted kiss, which landed on the side of her mouth and felt "super-creepy and inappropriate." The allegation is described in a federal lawsuit filed Monday in Florida, in which Johnson is seeking unspecified damages for emotional pain and suffering, according to the Post. Alva alleged in the lawsuit that Trump grabbed her hand and tried to kiss her on the lips as he exited an RV outside the Tampa rally on Aug. 24, 2016. White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders dismissed Johnson’s accusation, calling it "absurd on its face."

A  Los Angeles  news anchor died in December after overdosing on  methamphetamine  during a sexual encounter with a male companion at a California hotel, an autopsy report revealed Friday. Glendale Police were called to a Days Inn hotel around 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 27 to find KTLA news anchor Christopher Burrous unresponsive and suffering from a “medical emergency,” officials said in a press release. Police say a male who'd been with Burrous at the time placed the call. Burrous was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Initial reports suggested that Burrous likely suffered a possible overdose. The Los Angeles County coroner released a report on Friday ruling his death an accident by means of meth toxicity. It also elaborated on the circumstances of his death. According to the report, Burrous was engaging in “various sexual activities with his companion” when he inserted a “rock” of meth into his rectum. He reportedly inserted a second rock later

A woman has been stabbed at a polling station in Osun state, following an altercation with another lady. The incident took place at Akarabata ward 1 Units 1-12 which is situated in Lagere, Oranmiyan tower complex. The lady whose name could not be verified at the time was stabbed by another voter while on the queue. A fight had ensued over who was and who wasn’t on the said queue. Musician R. Kelly has been indicted on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse -- a class 2 felony -- involving four alleged victims, Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx said Friday. His attorney, Steve Greenberg, tweeted that Kelly would turn himself into police between 11 p.m. CT and midnight. Kelly is scheduled to appear in court Saturday for a bail hearing. Arraignment is set for March 8. A warrant has been issued for Kelly's arrest, Chicago police say. The charges handed up in an indictment from a grand jury span from 1998 to 2010. It came on the heels of attorney Michael Avenatti announcing  he had handed over to the State's Attorney's Office a videotape  that he said showed Kelly having sex with an underage girl. Top US Democratic Party presidential candidate, Sen. Kamala Harris, has finally reacted to the arrest of actor, Jussie Smolett, over allegations he orchestrated his own hate crime attack in order to increase his salary at hit TV series, Empire. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is considering shifting the date of this year’s examination, an official has said. This development comes as an effect of the postponed 2019 general election. The polls were to open on February 16 with the presidential and parliamentary elections until the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced a shift. The 2019 presidential election will now hold on February 23 while the state elections will also hold a week later on March 9. This year, the sale or registration forms to all candidates (UTME/DE) including those outside Nigeria, started January 10 and will end February 21. The examination is expected to begin on March 16 and end on 23 at JAMB’s computer-based test centres nationwide.
